The withdrawal process is divided into 3 stages: Amber Premium SG reviews → Blockchain transfer and confirm → Receiver receives the funds. Usually the withdrawal requests are completed within 2 business days.
- Amber Premium SG will complete the withdrawal review within 2 business days.
- Amber Premium SG makes the transfer on the blockchain immediately after completing the review, and the withdrawal status changes to "Withdrawing". You can view Transaction ID in the withdrawal history and check the progress in the relevant blockchain explorer.
- If the blockchain explorer shows confirming or unconfirmed, please wait for the blockchain to confirm. If the blockchain and Amber Premium SG have both completed the transfer and you still have not received your coins, please contact the coin recipient to locate your coins.
Note: You can check the withdrawal status in [Withdraw] - [Withdrawal History]. If a withdrawal request is not completed after 2 business days, please contact Amber Premium SG with a screenshot of that withdrawal request and Amber Premium SG will process it for you as soon as possible.
