If you have lost access to the Google Authenticator linked to your Amber Premium SG account, you can retrieve it by following the steps below:
- If you have saved the Recovery Key, you can recover it on Google Authenticator by following the setup process again.
- If you do not have the Recovery Key, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
